International aid is flowing into Pakistan where massive floods have claimed 1,600 lives and affected more than 17 million people. "We are still in the beginning. There are hundreds of thousands of people displaced, newly displaced every day, every week more and more people are impacted," UN Deputy Envoy to Pakistan Kilian Kleinschmidt told RT.
