This guy doesn't "have balls", he's just THAT GOOD! There's a HUGE difference between being "cocky" and being "confident".. Cocky get's you hurt or killed. Confident shows up like MrBigredbosshog said, with talent, dedication and practice (I'll add in time and money to that equation ;-) ). If you turn enough laps, and listen to your coaches, you can get as good as this guy on the track, wet or dry.

I watched this at work today, and then rode home in the pouring rain. I'm pretty sure kiyo's tires won't do 3k miles on mostly dry tarmac, because I couldn't pull any of this shit off. Oh well.
